I am representing an organization that is known for having a high technical bar when hiring. They really look for problem solvers, engineers who can communicate and articulate well and are able to give detailed answers. The role itself is for an engineer with a diverse background and skillset. Sitting in the Cybersecurity org, you must be part Software Engineer and part Security Engineer. The ability to turn your hand to any technical problem is what they need.

 

What experience is required:

 

  • Backend software development (mainly Python, Golang, and Rust)
  • Cloud technology
  • Experience in using Terraform and working with containers
  • Automation
  • DevOps / SecDevOps
  • Threat modelling would be useful

 

 

Location: Fully remote (US only)

 

Salary: $180k-$200k base salary plus bonus and excellent benefits including 401k and medical/health cover
