We are on the lookout for a highly skilled, passionate, and experienced Permanent VP of Engineering to join our innovative team. This position is for those who have a deep understanding and hands-on experience in the areas of Blockchain, Gaming, Web3, Solidity, Smart Contracts, NFT, and Rust. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our engineering team and driving the development of our cutting-edge Web3/Blockchain/Gaming projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a diverse team of engineers, setting clear goals, managing project loads, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Oversee the development of blockchain-based applications and gaming platforms, ensuring they are efficient, secure, and scalable.
• Develop and implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that all needs are met.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and techniques, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure the team adheres to established coding standards and embraces efficient and robust software engineering practices.
• Actively participate in the design and code review process, ensuring the highest quality of technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the technology industry, specifically in blockchain, gaming, and Web3.
• Proven experience with programming languages such as Solidity and Rust.
• Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and cryptographic principles.
• Experience in developing gaming applications, with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Knowledge of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and their application in the gaming industry.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage a team of engineers effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, with a strong passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
