About Us

The database R&D team focuses on developing our database engine. Our mission is to build a state of high performance scalable HTAP database and at the same time extremely easy to manage. The same database will support diverse workloads including transaction processing, analytical processing and machine learning. Our database will also need to achieve maximum resilience and stability.

We are seeking engineers who are passionate about database, storage and distributed systems. As part of this team, you will design and implement core components of the product. You must also be motivated with analyzing and solving real world problems and eager to make visible and impactful differences to customer
Responsibility:
Design and implement major components such as database query execution transaction management resource management

Design efficient algorithm and data structure for large amount of data

Measure, gather and analyze statistics of user queries and system resource usage.

Design and implement self-healing and self-tuning mechanisms.

Analyze product bugs and issues.

Fix defects. Improve overall product quality.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience with building industrial-strength system software.

Proficient in one or more of the following

programming languages: C/C++,Java, Go, Rust.
Preferred Qualifications:
Higher(MS/PhD) degree in Computer Science.

Experience in Database Internals is a big plus Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and container technology such as Kubernetes

Strong operating system and distributed system knowledge

Comfortable with multi-tasking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
