Job Title: PHP Developer

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: Full Time Role

Job Description:

· 8+ years experience developing applications and features using PHP as primary backend technology, with hands on experience on PHP 7.* and above

· 6+ years hands on experience designing, building and maintaining applications using custom and/or PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symphony

· Proven experience working on large scale real time web applications and systems

· Display strong SQL skills using relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, Sql Server, etc.)

· Proficient understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies and familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

· Experience designing scalable REST APIs and Reactive Microservices

· Experience in caching systems and Graph QL required

· Expert understanding of utilizing automated CI/CD pipelines and build systems supporting DevOps and IaaS

· Experience in Supporting Production Operations, L1/L2 Triaging for Critical fixes

· Have excellent understanding of architectural principles involved in SaaS and multi-tenant Cloud platforms.

· Have extraordinary analytical and quantitative Modeling skills with a focus on data-driven decision making

· Strong experience with translating business needs and complex problems into systems requirements with system design architectures that are robust, flexible and scalable, understanding of design patterns and its application is a plus

Preferred

· Proven skills in performance tuning, monitoring and measuring and site reliability engineering

· Frontend Experience with libraries such as ReactJS

· Ability to operate in a multi language environment with experience in one or more of the following languages along with PHP: Java, Rust, Python, JavaScript/Typescript

· Ability to develop strong Unit Test cases using PHPUnit

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
