Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional full stack application development experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Go, Rust and/or Node.js programming languages
Knowledge with DevOps and/or Cloud Deployment: Git, Github / Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
One or more of the following:
Experience with development and deployment in cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Experience with developing on SQL (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL) and No-SQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Redis) systems
Hands on experience in a production environment with one or more of: public blockchains; consensus protocols; large-scale distributed systems; high availability, and real-time systems; applied cryptography; compilers; any other equivalent / adjacent technology
Experience with using and deploying smart contracts (Solidity contracts and/or Rust based smart contracts).
Familiarity with the Web3 frontend stack (ethers.js/web3.js, EIP-1193, client-side private key management, etc)
Experience leading geographically distributed teams, particularly offshore engineering teams in South Asia and Asia-Pacific.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and exceptional follow through and commitment.
An ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and hit the ground running on a complex software project. Polyglot programming mindset and eager to learn new technologies.
Confidence in writing secure and high-quality code.
Strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.
Passion for blockchain technology and Web3 and metaverse ecosystems (prior work experience is a nice-to-have)
