Rust Job: Cloud Engineer

Want to join us?

From experience, the ideal candidate will have:

• The expertise to architect, develop, and troubleshoot large production-grade distributed systems on either AWS or GCP, and select the appropriate tools to tackle business problems at the right scale
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• A scripting or programming background with shell/bash scripts and one or more of the following: Python, Go, Rust, C, C++ or Java
• Networking experience (e.g., DNS, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, SDN, and VPNs)
• Experience troubleshooting Linux machines (e.g., system resource management, cgroups, storage and file systems, network configuration, and so on)
• Familiarity with debugging, refactoring, and optimizing code, and the experience to know when and how to automate tasks
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish
