Apple is looking for a software engineer to enhance, develop and maintain internal tools, applications, and reporting systems. In this highly visible role, you will have the responsibility of ensuring that Apple's world class Silicon Engineering Group will have the infrastructure and tools needed to engineer and design the worlds most advanced silicon devices and products. You will use your experience in software design and application development to enhance and develop self service tools for hardware engineers.

Key Qualifications

  • You will have demonstrated skills in the following:
  • Must have front end experience
  • Must have JavaScript/TypeScript experience
  • Must have experience with REST APIs
  • Experience with a front end framework such as React, Vue, or
  • Experience in full stack web development a plus
  • Proficient with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to Python, Ruby, Java, Rust, or Go
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles, and object oriented programming
  • Experience with revision control software - Git, SVN
  • Experience with Linux is desired
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment tools
  • Familiarity with containers and container orchestration is a plus
  • Must be analytical and possess strong organizational/problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience

BS Degree in CS/CE or equivalent field.
