Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Web Developer to join our internationally distributed IT team. You will be responsible for building the 'client-side' of a Social Media web application. If you're equally happy to roll up your sleeves, to write code and review other team members' work, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you'll use your expertise in Frontend Development to help us deploy high-quality applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyse system requirements and prioritise tasks
• Write clean, testable code using Javascript/ Typescript
• Document development and operational procedures
• Use markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages
• Optimise applications for maximum speed
• Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
• Create quality mockups and prototypes
• Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
• At least 4 years of experience as a Frontend Developer
• Proficiency in building web-based applications
• Familiarity with agile environments
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment close to launch
• Good communication skills with min. B2+ English
