You will be working for a venture capital backed company that has built an industry-defining SaaS platform, that provides real estate property management companies an intelligent front office platform to increase productivity, business intelligence, occupancy, and renter satisfaction. The business was started over 7 years ago and the software is currently used to manage over 1 million apartment units in the United States.

The Team

The Product and Engineering teams together consist of 40+ talented and passionate team members, working to make our premier software product in the Multifamily real estate industry.

Our product covers a large surface - powering marketing automation, omni channel communications, AI bots, sales and renewal CRM, agent and self-guided touring, tenant screening, advanced business intelligence capabilities, and much more. We utilize an agile development process, and lean heavily on best practices around PR FAQ’s, PRD, UX research and usability testing, SDLC, etc. all to ensure we are maximizing product fit and execution.


The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Software Engineers who love solving problems and developing solutions that delight our customers. You will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of backend web technologies, architecture, and patterns driving new and existing platforms for a high-growth SaaS company.

The Qualifications


  • 3+ years experience with modern languages (Typescript, Python, Java, Golang, C#, or Rust)
  • Experience working with Relational Databases such as Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL
  • Familiarity with using Cloud based platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure
  • Familiarity with unit and end-to-end testing
  • Strong attention to detail, performance and quality
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environment
  • Bonus: Experience using Terraform or another like tool for cloud formation
  • Bonus: Experience using modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular) is a plus.
