Workday Integrations Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 14 months

As a Data Integration Engineer, you will be working cross-functionally with the business, finance systems, sales systems, data engineering, and biztech teams to design and implement business processes that span across systems i.e. integrating systems to achieve desired business outcomes. You will have an opportunity to build a sound and next-gen integration architecture with best-of-breed and open-source technologies, with an end goal to enable the desired business capability. You would also be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our existing integrations.

Responsibilities
Architect, build, maintain and monitor integrations across internal and external systems to support existing processes and new initiatives
Provide support for operations, including root cause analysis and preventative analysis
Independently be able to drive and collaborate integration efforts with various partner teams and systems
Evaluate, Propose and Improve existing processes to allow various teams to maximize productivity and identify and resolve issues with current architecture and integration.
Basic Qualifications
Technology:
5+ years of working experience as a data or integration software engineer in a fast-paced growing company with experience integrating enterprise applications using iPaaS
At least 3+ years of hands-on experience building integrations on the Workday Integrations platform
Demonstrable experience with leading and crafting complex Integration projects with SaaS applications including the ability to deploy/monitor/govern and enhance these applications over time.
Experience building API-based integrations including REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Web Services, etc
Demonstrable ability to code in a programming language of choice ( Ruby, Python, Java, PHP, Rust, Go etc. ) and create web applications using these technologies.
Solid Grasp of Web Applications and Technologies including:
Security: OAuth, SAML, Single Sign On
Rest APIs and Architecture Principles.
Strong demonstrable experience in integrating with Salesforce and Workday APIs
Experience in enterprise integration infrastructure, messaging, and SLA monitoring tools
Teamwork and Collaboration:
Ability to build consensus in a matrix and collaborative environment
Demonstrated ability to lead through difficult situations (technical and interpersonal)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Workday's Integration tools - Workday Studio, Custom Reports as a Service, EIB, Connector integrations, DIS
Experience working with iPaaS platforms such as Mulesoft and Workato.
Experience with working on cloud platforms like AWS or Heroku.
Ability to quickly learn and leverage new platforms/technologies

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Salary: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
